Q: Are we able to embed a video easily? I know I could edit the source, but I'm thinking someone without HTML knowledge.
A: Excellent point! Email providers typically strip out javascript and embed tags for videos, but what you can easily do (and that's also what we do for our own company newsletters) is take a screenshot of your video and add it as an image. Then, in a separate step, simply link to your video by clicking on the image and setting an outgoing link to the video (for instance, if the video is hosted on youtube, you can simply link the image to point to youtube).
