First you need to export the Outlook contacts as a simple CSV or TXT file. Here are some pointers how to do that:

For SelectReads to be able to import the file the format has to be:
name, email
name, email
name, email
...
Where each contact is a new line. If you don't have the name, it could also read:

Secondly, you simply upload them in SelectReads:
